Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Aaron Innovations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Aaron Innovations provides web development and SaaS solutions, including but not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• Dashboard and admin panel development
• Database integration and management
• Cloud deployment and hosting assistance
• Ongoing maintenance and support

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to systems and platforms
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Materials

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us, including logos, content, and data.

4.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and designs created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable components.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaron Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
